I would probably start with dagger-kind, then as I gain MAGICAL ITEMS I would transition my daggers into magical projectiles, green lantern style. Ok, so people like the weapon suggestion idea!Īlright, so if you want to have a good weapon, the first thing you need to know is that it really doesn’t matter what weapon you have. It all depends on how creative and imaginative you are willing to be. I mean, heck, my Session’s Bard of Doom uses freaking Nerf Guns, for crying out loud. And they are devastating with them.īut if you want a weapon that can be used in tandem with your abilities, than I would normally suggest some type of projectile weapon. ![]() Space powers are especially effective when used with guns, as they can alter the bullets that leave the barrel, becoming unstoppable homing missiles that can track your enemy no matter where they hide. However, a Knight can’t always afford to have a long-distance weapon. They need to up there on the front lines, holding the trenches, throwing whatever they have against the enemy. Knights have to exploit their Aspect in order to win, so an unconventional weapon is usually best. What I would recommend specifically for a Knight of Space is some kind of long reach weapon, like a giant Scythe. With the Knight’s Space powers, swinging around something big like that is no problem. However, if you really want to get tricky, my personal favorite is Chain Kind. For the land idea, how about the Land of Ruins and Dust Absolutely full of fun nooks and crannies to explore, dangerous traps, and lots of dust storms. Jokerkind is a form of Strife Specibus employed by Gamzee Makara. Heroes of Breath tend to use mid-range weapons with a reach, like John’s hammer and Tavros’s and Rufioh’s lances. An Heir’s weapons, if not a total visual representation of the Heir’s aspect, at the very least follows the pattern set by the other weapons wielded by players of the aspect. The other Heir whose weapon is known to us is John. ![]() The best example of this can be found in Equius Zahhak, the Heir of Void, who fought with his bare hands, literally wielding nothing. They practically inherit their aspect to use as a weapon for self-defense. As the Heir class “inherits” their aspect in a sense, wielding it to protect themselves, this is true of their weapons as well. The pattern for the Heir weapons is quite simple. While this definitely is a wonderful example for an Heir of Breath’s strife specibus, it most certainly is not the only option available. The Heir of Breath, as you most likely know, is the God Tier title possessed by John Egbert, whose strife specibus of choice is Hammerkind. Well, I guess this one’s all on me, then. After four years of isolation which robbed her of a healthy, natural upbringing and development, Justine had become increasingly unstable. This disparity, and never once pleasing her father with the results of his tests caused a huge rift to grow between them. She found the scientific indifference with which her father conducted the tests disappointing, and she often tried to gain control of situations in regards to her father's tests, usually by upsetting the chambermaids or provoking her father simply to get a reaction out of him. However, Justine started to develop an inferiority complex with her mother. To worsen matters, as a result of the constant tests, Justine came to view the results as an important way of judging both herself and her father. However, her father’s tests along with the relative social isolation took a toll on Justine’s psychological state. He wished to study them for himself, and so he used his own daughter as a subject for a series of psychiatric tests. Justine’s father posited many hypotheses and theories on the developing mind. Her father told Justine that her deceased mother's beauty was "blinding" and to recall any memory of her would be too much of a burden for anyone who loved her to bear. Justine would often ask questions about what her mother looked like, as it saddened her to have no memory of her. ![]() Clarice was a girl of similar age from the servants quarters and was often scolded by the maids for merely playing with Justine, due to the imbalance in social rank. It is unknown what happened to her brother, as there is no mention of him elsewhere. Her father, Monsieur Florbelle, was an acclaimed psychotherapist and her mother Madeleine Florbelle died in childbirth with a son when Justine was too young to remember her. From the earliest silent films to the recent genre-blending madness of Everything Everywhere All at Once, movies have been making people laugh for more than a century in different ways, and these are some of the best. The combination of acting, dialogue, music, visuals, and especially montage has resulted in the most manipulative art form ever, which is great for comedians, as laughter is essentially birthed from manipulation. Humor has been a constant throughout history, but it may have found the perfect medium in cinema (and later television). From the chuckling Dalai Llama to great Jewish humor, comedy has been humanity's solace from the storms of suffering from the beginning of time, when one Homo troglodyte presumably slipped and fell, prompting some primitive punk to point and laugh. There's a wide range of philosophies and faiths that people adopt in order to survive, but one thing is universally helpful: laughter. Life is extremely difficult, and no one gets out alive. Whether life is worth living or not is up to each person to decide, but one thing's for certain - it's not always a rainbow ride through Sunshine City. |
